Self-Care While Running a Business And Homeschooling 5 Kids with Cara Mendez
Today, Cara and I are talking about self-care. When I have conversations with other chiropractors behind the scenes in a safe space, almost all of you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, tired and run-down. We’ve had a lot of our plates. The past 4+ months have been a tremendous roller coaster ride. Mental, emotional and physically. We’ve had some unusual circumstances that have been a part of why we feel mentally and emotionally drained. Right now, there is no end in sight. And in order for you to survive and come through this experience thriving, you’ve got to be resourced.
Cara Mendez helps women reprogram their subconscious minds by creating a new identity so that they can manifest their desired reality and become an energetic match to the life that they desire. Allowing women to stay in the ease and flow.
