Meet our Guest: Dr. Elizabeth Berg

Hello! I’m Dr. Liz Berg and after struggling personally in my transition to becoming a mom– I knew other women needed more support, too.

My passions include:

Helping moms and babies breastfeed successfully to meet their goals, especially through tongue/lip ties issues.

Caring for women before and during pregnancy so they can feel energized and enter motherhood healthy.

Caring for women who are exhausted, sore & depleted (despite all the lab results being “normal”) so they can replenish and heal to enjoy their family again!

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and have advanced training in Acupuncture for Fertility & Hormone Balance, Craniosacral for Infants and Pregnancy, Lactation, Spinning Babies® Techniques, Diastasis Recti Rehabilitation, and Chiropractic for Pregnancy and the Post-Baby period including Certification in the Webster Technique, a technique used to maximize space and movement of the pelvis to optimize pregnancy & labor comfort. I also train other chiropractors how to help more moms in their practice through Nourish Professional-Lactation for Chiropractors.

My husband, Pete and I have been married for 17 years and we have 3 little kiddos who love to play board games and imagine. My personal hobbies include gluten free & paleo cooking, organic gardening, yoga and all things DIY.
