How To Protect Your Energy With Psychic Empath Coach, Neda The Official
Sometimes feeling burned out is simply because you’ve been hustling for wayyyyyyyy too long.
Other times, feeling burned out is because you have superpowers that are unrecognized and you need better ways of managing them!
In this episode, I chat with Neda The Official, an empath coach and mental health practitioner.
I first encountered Neda in a Clubhouse chat one Friday evening.
There were tons of people in the room but what Neda shared stood out to me.
I took a peek at her profile and instantly loved what she was about.
After following her posts on IG for a few weeks, I invited her to be on the show.
If you struggle with protecting your energy as your practice serves more and more people, join me and Neda for this conversation today.

Meet our Guest: Neda the Official
Neda has positively transformed people’s lives through motivational speaking, teaching, and intuitive coaching. She is known for her empathetic approach - breaking barriers and reaching the hearts of diverse people from all different walks of life, and raising their emotional awareness and capacity for love and unity. She is also known for bridging the educational gap between science and spirituality- intriguing her audiences by providing entertaining, cutting edge and practical spiritual and mental health solutions for overcoming stress, anxiety, shame, and other mental and spiritual related challenges.
In 2016 Neda designed and taught classes at the Youth Justice Coalition (YJC), a Non Profit funded High School in Los Angeles. The youth at YJC faced extenuating circumstances such as poverty, legal trouble, racism, and family dysfunction at home. Yet, Neda taught her students how to turn their challenging experiences from something that once made them feel victimized, into a powerful story of victory that they would leverage and use for their benefit. As a result of Neda’s courses, she rose the college enrollment rates of these youth from 6% to 50% in the first 6 months of her work. Later, she was invited to speak at various Youth Build Charter high schools to showcase her knowledge and motivate the students. As a social justice and trauma-informed Professional, Neda continues to help youth navigate adversity, achieve their goals and create long term sustainable mindset changes that improve their futures.
As a researcher, Neda’s passion can be found at the intersection of the latest findings from psychology, spirituality, christian theology, epigenetics, and neuroscience to explore the different components of life and science that influence the human experience. As an educator and coach, she is driven by the conviction that each of us has a higher purpose to serve and raise our collective consciousness to inspire widespread and lasting wellbeing and love. She uses her knowledge to help people empower themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually in order to break free from inhibiting emotional barriers, develop unshakable self-confidence, feel safe enough in order to mindfully engage with life, evolve their consciousness, and raise their vibration.
Currently, Neda manages a team of clinical assistants in the Clinical Department at a Psychological Care Treatment Center, she is a proud Alumnus of The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); and Recipient of the UCLA Gender Studies Department Community Engagement Award.
